Drop-In (Stay & Play)
Our Drop-In (Stay & Play) sessions provide an exciting and supportive space where children, parents, and carers can bond, play, and learn together. In this fun and safe learning environment, children from birth to age 4 have a wonderful chance to:
- Explore, use their imagination
- Engage in interactive play and explore new activities
- Meet other children and begin building early social skills
- Participate in storytime, music, and movement sessions, all designed to stimulate their curiosity and creativity
- Activities include Messy Play. Rhyme Time, Cooking, Create/Art – playdough, painting, drawing, Storytime, book corner, baby area, construction, trips out, and music sessions.
We provide information, including leaflets and signposting to other services. We work in partnership with statutory and local organisations.
We have a clean bright space that provides a supportive, safe, and inviting environment for exploration, discovery, and enjoyment. Whether it’s indoors or outdoors, each day is filled with fresh activities to keep little ones inspired and engaged. These sessions are a fantastic way for families to connect and other parents/carers and create joyful memories!
Availability: All year round, Monday to Friday, from 9:30 to 12:00
Crèche
For families needing a short break or extra support, our respite crèche is here to help! With two-hour sessions three times a week, this service is perfect for children aged 1 to 4 and is especially valuable for those preparing to transition into Nursery, Pre-School, or school.
In our crèche, children can:
- Play and socialize in a warm, friendly environment that encourages independence
- Learn to take turns, interact with adults
- Get gentle support for a smooth transition from home to school settings, helping them feel confident and ready for their next steps
- Eat with other children
The crèche is a reassuring space for both children and parents, offering a bit of extra support when it’s needed most.
Availability: Three afternoons per week, 13:00 – 15:00 each session, term|-time only.
